Kalemodo UG is responsible for the processing of data in connection with this browser game.
Purpose and Scope of Processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision, stability and security of the game. No tracking for marketing purposes takes place.
Hosting
Our content is hosted by an external hosting provider. When accessed, technically necessary data may be processed server-side.
Server Log Files
When visiting our website, data such as IP (truncated), timestamp, URL, referrer, data volume and browser/OS may be processed in log files. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (technical provision, stability, IT security).
Game Saves & Local Storage
Game progress may be stored locally on your device. Settings (language, volume) are stored exclusively in the browser (Local Storage). No server-side storage. Deletion is possible at any time via browser settings.
Cookies
Functional cookies may be technically necessary. Google Analytics may set cookies or similar technologies for statistical analysis (see below).
Analytics & Third-Party Services
We use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited) to evaluate website usage statistically. Data processing may also occur outside the EU/EEA (including EU Commission standard contractual clauses). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Provider information: https://policies.google.com/privacy. For external links (e.g. Discord) the privacy policies of the respective third parties apply.
Recipients of Data
Data is not passed on to third parties in principle, except where required for hosting (data processing agreement) and for web analytics via Google under the provider's terms (see above).
Retention Period
Server log files are usually deleted automatically after a short time, unless a security-relevant evaluation is required. Local Storage (settings and possibly parts of game saves) remains on your device until you delete the data or reset the game.
Your Rights
You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Minors
This game is not specifically aimed at children. Please contact us if you have any relevant information.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Please note that internet transmissions can have security vulnerabilities.
